Throughout the working process, closely monitor the equipment’s overall condition and pay attention to changes in the pump housing temperature. If you detect abnormal noises, severe vibrations, fluctuating pressure, or leaks at connection points, stop the machine immediately and perform a thorough inspection; resume operation only after identifying and resolving the issue. In harsh operating environments, it is especially important to ensure the cleanliness of the process fluid; foreign particles entering the pump can quickly scratch precision components, leading to irreversible damage.

Routine maintenance does not require complex disassembly; simply perform basic postoperation upkeep after each shift. Clean dust and grime from the pump housing, flush the internal piping to remove any residual fluid, and inspect seals and fittings for signs of aging or leakage. Filter elements should be cleaned regularly to prevent clogging that could impair liquid intake. Depending on the operating environment, periodically check the condition of the hydraulic fluid and replace it as needed. Seals are wearprone components; address any signs of aging or minor leaks promptly—do not wait until the issue escalates.

In addition to routine maintenance, periodic comprehensive inspections are also required. Inspect the internal valve assemblies and plunger components to assess wear conditions. In environments with high dust levels or highly corrosive media, the maintenance frequency should be appropriately increased. When the equipment is left idle for extended periods, drain all fluid from the pump chamber, apply appropriate antirust protection, seal all ports, and store the unit in a dry, wellventilated location to prevent corrosion and the ingress of foreign matter into the pump body.
